Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Renewed Life Labs website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service together with any policies, notices, disclaimers, restrictions, and conditions presented elsewhere on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Eligibility

By using the Site or placing an order through Renewed Life Labs, you represent that:

• You satisfy the applicable legal-age and eligibility requirements for purchasing laboratory research products in your jurisdiction.
• You are purchasing products strictly for legitimate scientific, analytical, laboratory, or research purposes.

• You possess the appropriate knowledge, authority, qualifications, or institutional authorization necessary to purchase, receive, possess, handle, store, and use the applicable products.
• You are responsible for confirming that your purchase, possession, and intended research activities comply with all laws and requirements applicable to you.

Product Use Agreement

By purchasing products from Renewed Life Labs, you agree that:

• Products will not be used as drugs, dietary supplements, injectables, cosmetics, food products, household products, or consumer products.
• Products will not be administered to humans, animals, or other living organisms.
• Products will be used only for legitimate laboratory, scientific, analytical, or research applications.
• Products will be purchased, stored, handled, transported, and used in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, laboratory standards, and safety practices.
• You accept responsibility for consequences resulting from improper handling, unauthorized use, unlawful use, prohibited application, or misuse of products purchased from Renewed Life Labs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Renewed Life Labs is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, regulatory, or similar damages arising from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized use, storage, possession, transfer, or prohibited application of products.
• Use of the Site and products is undertaken at the purchaser's own responsibility and risk.
• Renewed Life Labs makes no representation that a product is appropriate for a particular research protocol, experiment, procedure, application, or purpose beyond the specifications and documentation expressly provided for that product.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renewed Life Labs, its owners, affiliates, representatives, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from unauthorized use, prohibited use, unlawful activity, misuse, improper handling, or violation of these Terms.

Order Review, Approval & Refusal

Renewed Life Labs reserves the right to review, hold, refuse, cancel, restrict, or limit any order where reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include:

• Suspected misuse or prohibited product use.
• Product or inventory availability.
• Legal, safety, regulatory, or compliance concerns.
• Payment verification or processing issues.
• Fraud, security, or account-verification concerns.
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent customer information.
• Shipping, destination, carrier, or fulfillment restrictions.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance or shipment of an order. An order may still be reviewed or cancelled if a legitimate operational, security, inventory, payment, legal, or compliance issue is subsequently identified.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping is subject to available carrier services, destination eligibility, processing requirements, inventory availability, weather, holidays, and other operational conditions.

Renewed Life Labs currently provides shipping within the United States. Available shipping methods and applicable charges are presented through the website or checkout process.

Once a shipment has been transferred to a carrier, certain events may fall outside the direct control of Renewed Life Labs, including:

• Carrier delays or routing delays.
• Weather-related or holiday-related interruptions.
• Failed delivery attempts.
• Lost, delayed, or misrouted packages.
• Delivery issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information supplied by the customer.
• Product integrity issues caused by improper storage, environmental exposure, or handling after delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, monitoring tracking updates, receiving shipments promptly, and following applicable product-storage requirements after delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Product Integrity

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, sales are generally considered final once products have been processed and shipped.

Renewed Life Labs generally cannot accept returned products when storage, handling, environmental exposure, or product integrity can no longer be independently verified.

A refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution may be reviewed in qualifying circumstances such as:

• An incorrect product was received.
• A product was damaged during shipment.
• An item was missing from a confirmed order.
• A qualifying delivery issue is confirmed using available carrier information.

Intellectual Property

Logos, trademarks, branding elements, graphics, website layouts, product images, original written content, product presentation, design elements, documentation, and other original materials displayed through Renewed Life Labs are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Renewed Life Labs.

Site content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, commercially exploited, or used to falsely suggest an association with Renewed Life Labs without appropriate permission where authorization is required.

Website & Product Information

Renewed Life Labs makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information. However, the Site may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, omissions, or other inaccuracies.

• Product availability may change without notice.
• Product information or specifications may be updated.
• Images and packaging may differ from current presentation where packaging updates occur.
• Prices or availability may be corrected when an error is identified.

Renewed Life Labs reserves the right to correct errors, revise product information, update Site content, modify availability, and cancel affected transactions where reasonably necessary.
