Refund & Returns Policy
This policy explains the circumstances under which Renewed Life Labs may review or approve a refund, replacement, account credit, or other resolution relating to research-use-only compounds and laboratory materials.
At Renewed Life Labs, we are committed to supplying research compounds and laboratory materials intended strictly for legitimate research purposes. Due to the nature of these products, sales are generally considered final once an order has been processed and shipped. Refunds, replacements, credits, or other resolutions may be reviewed only under the qualifying circumstances described in this Policy.
All Sales Are Generally Final
Because Renewed Life Labs supplies research-use-only compounds and laboratory materials, general returns cannot normally be accepted once products have been shipped or delivered.
After products leave our controlled fulfillment environment, storage conditions, handling conditions, environmental exposure, and product integrity can no longer be independently verified.
Returns are generally not accepted for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products that have left controlled or verifiable storage conditions.
- Products incorrectly selected or ordered by the customer.
- Changes of mind after an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
- Dissatisfaction based on expected effects, outcomes, performance, or personal expectations.
- Products that were improperly stored, handled, altered, reconstituted, tampered with, or otherwise compromised after delivery.
These restrictions are intended to preserve product integrity, maintain appropriate quality-control standards, and prevent returned laboratory materials from being placed back into available inventory.
Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations
Renewed Life Labs may review a replacement, account credit, refund, or other appropriate resolution where a verified order issue falls within one of the circumstances below.
Incorrect Item Received
A request may be reviewed if you receive a different product from the product shown on your confirmed Renewed Life Labs order.
Product Damaged During Shipping
A request may be reviewed where a product arrives broken, cracked, leaking, visibly compromised, or otherwise physically damaged during transportation.
Missing Items
A claim may be reviewed when one or more products listed on your confirmed order were not included in the delivered shipment.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Claims involving shipments that are lost or remain undelivered may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when applicable tracking information indicates that the shipment has been lost and cannot be successfully delivered.
To qualify for review, refund or replacement requests should generally be submitted within 7 days of delivery, or within seven days of the date the carrier confirms the applicable shipment as lost.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, account credits, replacements, or similar resolutions will generally not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Packages confirmed as successfully delivered by the applicable shipping carrier.
- Packages lost, misplaced, or stolen after confirmed delivery.
- Products incorrectly selected or ordered by the customer.
- Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, altered, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
- Products showing evidence of improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, or other events outside the reasonable control of Renewed Life Labs.
- Dissatisfaction based on expected effects, outcomes, performance, or personal expectations. Renewed Life Labs products are supplied strictly for research use.
How to Submit a Claim
To request review of an eligible refund, replacement, missing-item claim, damaged-order issue, or other qualifying order problem, contact Renewed Life Labs at:

- Your full name or business name.
- Your Renewed Life Labs order number.
- The email address associated with your order.
- Clear photographs of the product, shipping box, product labels, and packaging where reporting damaged, incorrect, missing, or compromised products.
- A clear description of the issue with your order.
- Relevant shipping or tracking information requested by our support team.
Renewed Life Labs will review qualifying refund and replacement requests as promptly as reasonably possible. Additional information, photographs, packaging information, or carrier documentation may be requested before a claim can be reviewed or approved.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- If a replacement is approved because of a verified Renewed Life Labs fulfillment error or qualifying shipping damage, Renewed Life Labs may cover reasonable shipping costs associated with sending the approved replacement.
- Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise inaccurate delivery address supplied by the customer may remain the customer's responsibility.
Product Integrity
Maintaining the integrity of research compounds and laboratory materials requires appropriate storage, transportation, environmental control, and handling.
Once an order leaves our controlled fulfillment environment, Renewed Life Labs cannot independently verify every environmental or handling condition during transportation or after delivery.
For this reason, opened, used, altered, reconstituted, compromised, improperly handled, or temperature-sensitive products generally cannot be returned when their storage conditions or product integrity can no longer be verified.
This policy helps maintain appropriate quality-control, inventory-management, and research-material handling standards.
Order Cancellation
If you need to request cancellation of an order, contact Renewed Life Labs at support.renewedlife@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, carrier preparation, or shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued through an available refund method determined by Renewed Life Labs and, where applicable, the payment method originally used for the transaction.
Processing and settlement times may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, transaction type, payment method, or other circumstances outside the direct control of Renewed Life Labs.

Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, cosmetic use, food use, household use, or other unauthorized consumer applications.
Refunds will not be granted based on expectations concerning personal, therapeutic, physiological, clinical, performance-related, or other unauthorized use of Renewed Life Labs products.

Renewed Life Labs may modify, update, revise, or replace this Refund & Returns Policy when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in our operations, products, fulfillment procedures, shipping procedures, handling requirements, payment processes, website functions, service providers, or other business practices.
